 I have a Formex AS6500 (Valjoux GMT chrono) that will not wind. I got a local estimate of $275 to repair and clean, and needed 3 weeks to do the job... is that a fair estimate? I'm also considering having it re-lumed (Formex lume sucks).

I'm willing to ship to a trustworthy repairman, just need some advice on names and estimate range I should entertain.
