What do you think Steve, a Moray - plastic????

I'm sure you can work the specs so it's good to a depth of 1000cm

I still think the idea of a small version of the Moray watch would be attractive.  Obviously, it comes to sales.  No issue there, but there are almost 500 hits on this thread and about 20 ticks on the poll.  Something is off or are we all checking this thread out at work, friends house, etc.....

I understand the bigger the better and even though I have a few big watches I'm not looking at me for this really (though I do like the idea which is motivating enough to put my $$ down if it was offered).

Maybe I just live and work in the wrong area as well for I have yet to find a Miss or Mrs walking around with anything bigger than 38mm in the Pentagon and around Washington DC.  Ok, I'm not in the fashion center of the world, but I'm finding it hard to see my wife wearing such a big watch.  Actually she won't, so it's not even a question of it.  It's a start of NO and nothing more.

So how do you adapt a great design into something that could fit a smaller market?

How do you allow for the injustice of a miniature (smaller) version of a muscle dive watch?

Thanks all for your contributions so far.  Please add more opinion that's valid to the topic.

Hehe, well ... I was just stating the trend up where I live (NOT what I liked or wanted), and also it seems to be the same in many other parts of europe(not thatI understand why). And NOT IN ANY WAY suggesting a plastic version of ANYTHING! no.gif But then again I guess such a small number of pieces wouldn`t have to consider "trends" anyway, since it would be more of a niche.

But, the question/poll was "would you buy one ...?" And my answer was no, based on the idea that this would be for our "better" halfes, and mine likes bigger watches, also since I for one would never wear something so small (jmho).

So, no, did not suggest a new poll of anyone wanting to buy a crappy plastic! So, if I wasn`t precise enough I appologise for that, but you got me wrong.

Would have a hard time going down as the "guy who suggested the plastic version "dog smile.gif
