Brice...I think you will love the Steelfish amigo!!!!...I certainly am looking forward to hearing what YOU think though because we have talked about this one on many occasions. As you already know, it is easily a grail piece for me and I love the absolutely unique and unmistakeable design of the case, bezel (especially so), and dial which says "I am a Breitling Superocean Steelfish".
You are not going to find that it is as huge as some of the ones that you've had, but I think you will agree IT IS one of the most solid (for it's size it has amazing heft, density, and solidness that stands above IMO).
