 Skipdawg, very close, but not quite. Everything looks the same, except right between the hands and the subsidiary dial is the word "Powerwind". Also, at the bottom, the subsidiary dial takes out most of the number 6, leaving only half the bottom of the loop on the 6 visible. Also, below the subsidiary dial are the words "T Swiss Made T".

The hands are luminous, and there are luminous dots at the 1,2,4,5,7,8,10, and 11 positions. The only numbers on the dial are 3,6,9, & 12.
