for the most part many of the Mall jewelers aren't geared for the watch trade carrying mostly Seiko,Movado and Bulova, but there are a couple shopping Malls in the greater Cleveland area that have great jewelers,that carry awesome watches, like Legacy Village just outside of Cleveland, that hosts Picciones Jewelers, they carry some of the highest end brands available...it's a treat to just look around inside...here is an example of what they carry and their website...click on the brand names and it will take to you what they carry...
