They were very responsive (in my experience) and replied to my questions in 24 hours or less each time.

If you ever need parts or service for a Revue Thommen or Grovana timepiece, I would definitely email The Swiss Clock in Lincoln, NE at info@theswissclock.com They were very responsive (in my experience) and replied to my questions in 24 hours or less each time.
