Seems to me that the Chinese been mass producing a lot of bronze cases lately so the price falls down on those cases. Also tools are tiring less on Bronze than steel so it cost less on machine's maintenance. Other facts... There's certainly a lot of bronze used in China all over them industry since they builded a new navy force: I guess that they produce a lot of it for them own need since a while. The copper was on low price lately: The Chinese bought so much of it that the price climbed again later on... They are definitely producing bronze alloy with it, at huge quantities.
