Switched to my new arrival: ZLATOUST 1977. Love at first sight.
It's a beast , a diving tool from old mother Russia: 58mm diameter, 22mm thick, weighing 295grams with the original straps...Quick dirty shots!

Well William...what can I say...you can't go wrong with the Speedy Pro for starters!
That "ZLATOUST 1977" is one wicked Russian Beast for sure!!!! Dare I say this one is a "refined & civilized" cousin of your way cool Russian Shark!
That is one bada$$ conversation starter for sure!!!
Enjoy this new beast of a diving tool!!!
Thanks! This is a real piece of diving history, so glad I finally hooked one

Being the absolute rookie that I am William, I really didn't get the true significance of the ZLATOUST at first look...after just a bit of reading, I've learned something new, and the ZLATOUSTOVSKY Diver has a very cool diving history indeed!
No doubt you will give us a nice writeup in the new arrivals area on this one.
Enjoy this very rare piece of diving history !!!
I will make write-up for it amigo: Right now, I'm getting ready for a trip to the cabin so I'll take it after the weekend. First, I have to celebrate with some Bruichladdich 2002
