I would say that sometimes, the only difference between 2 high speed records can be some 100th or 1000th of seconds.
From what I see ,this 1000th second watch is just made to set a more accurate timing than before: You could theoretically even chronometer a bullet on long distance with it.
The only problem is that your finger on the pusher will never be as accurate as a sensor triggering a digital chrono: So this watch is just a funny toy.
300 000 Km/second is the speed of light amigo... This is a simple chronometer calculating time between 2 points not a chrono with tachymeter scale calculating time/distance relation or speed between 2 points: What do you mean?
