My 2 cents, Sean:
1) go for at least 50mm WR
2) can you re-think the lug cavity. as it is, might limit strap choices
3) the squarish internal dial is a little confusing when viewed as a whole with the round case
4)the lug horns seem sporty and not very appropriate for a dress watch
5) the crown seems too big
6) given the overall design, I'd reduce the applied indeces to just the 4 basic at 12, 3, 6 and 9...then you can keep the moonphase dial at that size. if you want to retain all the indeces, reduce the moonphase. dial seems cluttered.
7) given the indeces design and length of the hour hand, i'd shorten the hour hand a tiny bit to avoid diffulty reading the time.
