Agree Joe...interesting that they are willing to match the base Panerai warranty (which is 2 years as well). I do see that the Amazon warranty seems to be focused on the movement and excludes issues with the crown/stem/case.

Obviously, the big question would be how well this warranty would work in real life...if I need to send the watch in for valid warranty work, who does the work?...I sort of doubt it would be an authorized Panerai warranty center...maybe not that big of deal, but likely a bigger deal if the movement happens to be an in-house movement.
