This mvt is in the subs 0420 "à la Rolex" from Invicta who are selling for peanuts.

I would gamble hard that it's a Seiko mvt fully made/assembled in Singapore or HK something like that.
Compare to the 9015 from Miyota, I would say that it's a VERY cheap replacement! No thanks.
