 I have a question and just trying to get a feel as to which way im going to go so, im seeking your comments and suggestions.

I finally won one of the watches that I've been looking at for awhile, got it a a decent price. Here's my dilemma the watch is coming from Germany and the seller has all types of ways to ship. by sea and insur. $32/ plane and insur. $48 euro/ by sea no insur. $18 euro etc.

I've gotten watches from germany before and after it reaches me I had to pay and extra $10 taxes or they would keep the watch so I paid. So this time im hoping that I dont have to but now this seller is asking an additional $8 euro if im paying with paypal Fee but of course he doesnt indicate that on his auction.

Should I just email him and indicate that he didnt indicate the extra $8 euro on his auction also I usually dont get the insurance but now im thinking i better this time. I am also wondering if this thing will have to go thru customs which of course i will have to pay the extra $10 tax here.     Its been so long I forgot about the customs tax crap and didnt factor that in my final cost.
