I believe it is all a pipe dream Will...same thing happened in 07' with no changes to the law...if they go to 80% many jobs will be lost and the Swiss Gov. will not let that happen...rergardless,there will always be those unscrupulous companies that will find a way around any ruling...the Swiss are as guilty as the Asians in abusing there own rules,it's all about money in the end...so what will be left if a 80% ruling does go into effect?...Made in Germany!
