 On average, a standard watch battery will last 2 years. Some newer lithium batteries can last up to 10 years. Of course, your "mileage" may vary depending on conditions and use. With a chrono such as your Lupah, you may only get 1 year out of battery if you use the chrono funcitons frequently.

The good news is that it is quite easy to change the battery. A Battery for the Lupah should cost between $3 and $4 if you install it yourself. Plan on around $8 at a Jeweler. You'll need a small screwdriver to get the back off your Lupahs.
