Oceanaut and there customer service department

I purchased an Oceanaut Submatic with the yellow dial, just because I wanted to be like my hero Ken, and it was a good deal also.  It had a screw that the threads were stripped the link was fine, so I went to the web site and emailed customer service.  I waited and finally got a response in the form of a fedex emial with the tracking # of the screw, a little over kill for just a screw.  Now that is service, I did not get the customary "I need to see a receipt", or the "we only warranty the movement for 5 years the bracelet is not covered" just got service and not on an expensive watch either.  Good job Oceanaut, that is what you pay for product and service, not bad at all.
