Oh the joy of waiting and watching. The Helson SM1000 destro blue dial is now out of stock. Darn lol. That leaves the Autozilla!
With that said, I started to look at the Marathon GSAR and Helson Turtle again as well as the Doxa 1200T Pro and Sinn U1. They (Doxa and Sinn) are obviously on the upper end of the budget but still within reach.
The cushion cases are growing on me.
All those models are very different...
Every watch has it's own charms and flaws : You will never be fully satisfied as there is no such thing as the perfect ultimate wrist watch.
Solution is in owning many and wear them with the mood of the day.
