2 ft fall and it stopped? I'm surprised...
It house a strong 2824-2 and I never experienced that with this movement even with a 6ft fall of heavy diver right on tiles.
Any good watchmaker could do the job: It's a simple and known movement and the watch open from the back.
+1. Just 2 feet? The only way that problem would be possible is if the crown had hit the floor "head on". Otherwise, if the case or lug horn or even just the glass only, it shouldn't happen. I agree with Will. That would be easy to fix but the balance wheel has to really be set properly.
