To be honest, I've had nothing but problems with sinn, watchbuys, and rgm. This watch had already been repaired under warranty for faulty hands. It came back from service pretty banged up. Sent it back, and it was returned from rgm with dirt on the dial and on the back side of the crystal. I eventually cut my losses and just wore it. I will look at some reviews of conus watch repair people.

I see... Been hearing many similar stories from people who had the same bad experience with Omega, Rolex and other known repair shops.
Sadly, those butchers are everywhere.
I don't get it how brands risk them reputation, destroy the joy of wearing them watches just because they are not serious enough with the selection of them watchmakers.
If we can even call them watchmakers: There's no dust or hairs under my crystals when I mount my watches and I can't even call myself a watchmaker.
I would say that there's big possibilities for that some crap got in the movement and especially on the balance wheel due to some dirty finger job during the hand replacement.
I was really expecting something else from RGM, especially since they have everything to prove, as being a very young brand.
Even they been achieving milestones, they are far to be a worldwide long recognized brand in horology who can take things easily like that.mistake.gif
It's still not too late to find a serious guy who will do some fine work.
I would write a letter or a mail to Sinn in Germany explaining the whole story from day 1 if I were you.
Then hopefully, you could have it replaced as no watch should ever come back banged up from service: This is a NO NO.
Good luck and don't give up your customer rights.
