Now for my stupid question....What is that grey "screw" on the back? Looks so cool that i want to play with it.

Congratulations! Where do you guys find all these cool watches? The back looks almost just as good as the front, loved the engraving of the diver. Now for my stupid question....What is that grey "screw" on the back? Looks so cool that i want to play with it.
