Here is a short but honest review:

Oh and before i forget. 21mm between the lugs. Who´s bright idea was that? That leaves me very limited when selecting straps. However i can opt for original straps in the future or squeeze in a 22mm nato.

....

Interesting to hear that the lug width on this one is 21mm Patrik.

My B-42 Marinemasters are both a standard 20mm at the lugs, so it is sort of a head-scratcher as to why Fortis chose 21mm for the model that you picked up...I would have expected the case dimensions to be the same across the lineup.

But, like you said, you can try out some 22mm (or 20mm) straps to see what works best.

I think im going to measure it once again just to be sure. Third time the charm or however the saying goes.

I found this website were they make these cool Velcro straps for watches, nasa styled. Was thinking of ordering one for this watch but without text, just serialno.

Well they only sell/make them in the common widths, even though they are tailored made for your wrist. So its bothering me a bit to have 21mm between the lugs.

Guess i just have to wait until i get my hands on a Speedmaster. LOL!

No worries...yes, definitely make another measurement, especially if you're going to order a custom strap for it.

On the velcro strap front, I can definitely recommend Carl at Gas Gas Bones for your velcro strap needs (he's got several different options that fit the bill very nicely, and the quality is outstanding IMO).
