Interesting stuff...gotta love the 5-day power reserve offered by the twin-barrel design.

I find the Technotime history (established in 2001), pretty interesting...they've gone from challenging the Swatch Group at inception (as essentially a startup in movement production - kuddos to them), including providing full manufacturing capabilities to produce nearly all the components necessary to build a complete movement in house. ...to relying on a subset of partner subcontractors to provide components and assembly and finishing steps (...obviously to balance/reduce costs involved with being fully vertically integrated).

They seem to work with a large number of customers (including companies claiming to produce 100% "in-house" movements according to an article in International Watch)....interesting.....homerthinks.gif

Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with any of the Technotime movements in a timepiece?
