In the end, I paid a bit more and got mine at Gnomon Watches.

I e-mailed Steinhart several times, and even tried to order my watch direct (when they were listed in stock). For some reason, I had no luck ordering through them. In the end, I paid a bit more and got mine at Gnomon Watches.
