I was wearing the black Athaya this morning while putting together a newly acquired 6105-8000 and thinking the Athaya really is a great balance of modern and vintage, they get a thumbs up from me!

I still would like better lume but since I have started working more with vintage pieces I am much less obsessed with getting a tan from my watch.

I also have confirmed the bezels are sized to fit the genuine seiko inserts, installed one on the black Athaya! I see a superlumed "seikosis" 6105 dial and hands in it's future, should be spectacular to have a modern hacking handwinding 6105.
