It is as you said a total rebranding. It´s mostly based on the abundance of new millionaires: The growth of this new social layer has never been so high as those last years. Well, there are big predictions about a new world financial crisis and I´m not speaking about some "doomsday" crystal ball crap: It´s coming from people deep into the economical world and it´s analysis. Dig enough on the net and you will see dark clouds on the horizon. So maybe China first and the rest after: Who knows. What I mean is that this "new millionaires layer" might be wiped out, giving place to a survivor branche of even more fortunate wallets and on another side, an enormous spectrum of lower class than it was before. Resuming as: Top luxury watch segment will make it through. Middle luxury watch segment will suffer very very hard and low segment will suffer and still hold the ground. This Angelus stunt is too late in business to dig deep enough any hole to hold it´s ground through a soon crisis: Only the long known strong value will survive as an "investment value". Such as the top brands actually known: Patek and Co... My opinion and mine only...
