Congrats on the new camera Phil! thumbsup.gif

The K-70 seems to be very favorably reviewed! I'm not sure your excellent pics could get any better, but I'm sure you will have fun trying with the new toy! cool.gif

thankyou.gif my friend !

Awesome camera.

Perfect complement to mine K-30.

Do you see your K-30 getting any more use with this new K-70 arrival? (I expect not). Maybe you'll use it in rough environments where you don't want the new toy to get damaged, but I suspect you'll be using the new one from now on....

Mmmhhh, I think I use both.
Probably the new K-70 more.

The K-30 & K-70 are made for rough enviroments. So that is not the point. subtlelaugh.gif
But I know what you mean.

I love these massive equipped cameras.
Both equipped with many gaskets for water and dirt resistance (inclusive the lenses).
Moreover the new K-70 has a strong magnesia body.

And I own a Canon 1000D and a NIKON P7100.
I think the Canon has to go.

In comparison with the K-30 the K-70 is a heavy weight.
