Christmas bakery

I've got to ask Phil! What are you baking here? Looks like a Christmas bakery item I need to learn how to make!
It looks like some sort of tasty graham cracker, gooey chocolate thing...any similarity to S'mores in the USA and Canada??? (you may have to google S'mores)
Chris, this is a kind of cake. He is called "Kalter Hund (Cold Dog)" in Germany.
The ingredients are:
- classic butter biscuits
- coconut butter
- real cocoa powder (not instant)
- coffee
- eggs
- milk
- sugar
- rum
The cake has to be in the fridge.
It tastes of cocoa and slightly of coffee. Very chocolaty.
This is the result.

Love this kind of cake !
But be careful, the cake is very rich.
Very much calories.
Awesome Phil! Thanks for the end-product photo!
Cocoa, Coffee, and Rum!!!...Yum!
Definitely looks very rich!!! Thanks for the recipe reference my friend...we don't have anything quite like that here in the US.
After two big pieces of my cake I have to admit "well done Phil"
Chris, I think I send you a package full of these ingredients.
