oh well better get one of each...

Miyota 8215, display back, affordable and nice looking, I didn't realize what they were a copy of until I actually got them and looked at the extra text on the dial...subtlelaugh.gif

This Debert brand is a completely new one to me Chris, ...I immediately see the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms "homage" and a quick google of Debert shows many, many models that are a homage to other big brand models. Sort of like an elevated Parnis brand I guess? ...since they are apparently using a sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel on these models, along with the Miyota 8215 movement (low end, but extremely robust and reliable movement IMO...don't mind that at all).

As Phil already pointed out...a true head scratcher with the sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel...and the 8215 for that matter. I really don't understand how they can be selling these for the price I see out there? I'm looking at your pics, and ok...it's not a Blancpain in terms of case finishing or execution or engine, but man...it does not look like a complete pile of &%$#...these are very good looking with decent case design and finishing, great looking dial with well placed raised markers and high quality printing...even the sunburst looks well executed.

Please tell me that the crown action, bezel action, and lume is a complete disaster! subtlelaugh.gif

I'm stunned that they can sell them for what they are offering them for...
