Yes, V2 has two keepers.
The tire tread is really unique as well!
I picked up a 19mm waffle too for my 6105...it seems less flexible than the V.2s so must be the old rubber formulation, but it does have 2 keepers as well.
I think the perfect strap for the Cpt. Willard.
