Seriously Ken - sorry for your misfortune.
I can only say that I am lucky to be able to have USAA Insurance....been a member for 45 years and their is never a hassle. Adjuster and water mitigation team showed up at 10am this morning. The adjuster told the WM Team to do whatever it took and don't cut any corners - make sure this palce is left spotless. He looked at the pipe and said, that is a freeze break so USAA will pay for everything including all plumber's fees and extraordinary water usage..............is there anything you would like us to look at, sir?
All this at the lowest rates in the business and a substantail rebate on top of that every year! Bada-bing, Bada-bang, Bada-BOOM!woohoo.gif
