Being in Cali and Having Some of the Best Coach Shops in the U.S Right there I Would Just Remove the Seats and Take them To a Shop That does Upholstery! You Will Never Regret It
Just have the padding replaced at an upholstery shop. I am not sure of any alternative to foam in seats. Maybe fill it with that "popcorn" stuff used in packaging.
