Good for you. Get good shoes, and get new ones often. Rotate them too. I ran for several years and then had to quit due to a heel spur. Its about healed, so maybe I can start up again. Heel spur's take about a year to clear up. I love to run. Keeps the weight off and down. You feel great too. hand6.gif
