You’re right I called them yesterday asking why does it take so long to receive an item (order 3rd Nov) when they state it’s available on there site. Of course I got the standard BS, sold out, hot item, preorder item, etc. The customer service rep stated that my order would ship today (16 Nov) I’m not holding my breath. So I check status this morning backorder. The is my first time ordering from these idiots, (Slopnbc) of course I’m not surprise:shock: members have complain in the pass.
