First this is the company the we all bought our BMW GMT Panny Homage. Their BMW watch is cool and no doubt about it for that price.
So later, I bought another watch from them..... a CHRONOMAT Seamatic(what a name right???) diver. Overall the built is quite good, thick bracelet with screws, BIG crown, 120 clicks bezel, movt wise(I think it is chinese) I'm not so sure. But the biggest let down is.....the damn dial!!! It is painted and the lume is a disappointment!!! I mean the lume is acceptable as many Swiss made watches' lume are as bad if not worse, but the painted dial is not acceptable to me.
To be frank, I should not have sold it cos maybe I could send it for a mod with a change of dial. But again, as I am in Europe, it cost more to send it for a mod and the postages to and fro US will cost me more than to get another good watch for around $100-120 like a Sandoz(HK version). I got the Sandoz too but in the end, same thing, I soldi t cos it has a painted dial! :?
Btw, do you know how much I got that for? If I remember correctly, it was $45-50 delivered!:P:P:P Of course I was lucky as I think I was the only one who got tat this price. This watch was selling for $89.00 plus shipping.
I forgot to add, the sapphire crystal part that you mentioned in your post of that GMT model..........errr.....a big question mark on it for that price:?:?:?:?!!!????
