 10:10 - also 10:08 or 01:52 - all look nice and symmetrical, mostly provide unobstructed view of logos and subdials. Makes the watch smile!
For symmetry some chronos are even photographed with the chrono seconds hand at 38 sec (opposite the minutes hand at 08 min), aka "Industry standard 10:08:38".
