Thanks, Christian. I am going to give that a shot... wonder if there's a problem serving kids food laced with beer... nah... this is Wisconsin!!
Mark, there shouldn't be any problem with serving this to children, as the alcohol should have completely evaporated over the cooking/grilling processhand6.gif
And if somebody should get caught serving beer to minors (younger than 16 years) over here, the person, be it parents or not, will face a hefty fine.
