 Looks delish as always!  I love cucumber salad - I add some sliced rings of vidalia onions to mine (and hadnt tried the touch of mustard but am gonna).  

Am curious about the dessert,  doesnt appear to be something I can get in the US (not readily anyway).   I would do something similar with layers of sliced pound cake, vanilla pudding and cool whip; topped with choice of fruits.    :cool:
