 Zis one looks right up my alley and very appetizing. thanks for putting the post together, Christian and your better half whose hads we are seeing more and more often...;)

Ze potatos are referred to as Tater tots here in the States but yuor croquettes looks a might better than your average tater tot.

And ze herb...what is ze herb... is it legal? I mean in the U.S.? Looks tantalizing!!toon1.gif
