Now its my turn. I love cooking. Cooking with a camera is a new experience subtlelaugh.gif

I'm not a detail oriented guy when it comes to recipes; I just throw in the amounts that look right, so I'll try to approximate. Let's start cookin!

First, the ingredient list:

I used frozen salmon fillets that I buy at Costco. They are about 4 oz each. I guess you could use salmon steaks, but I happen to have fillets on hand.

1/2 cup soy sauce (the soy bean is named for soy sauce, not the other way around. strange)

Ginger (a few rubs on a microplane grater)

Sesame Oil (2 tablespoons)

Peter Luger Sauce (available in the US; its a steak sauce with anchovies and other sweeteners) (a few tablespoons)

Sugar (1 table spoon)

Honey (2 tablespoons)

Mix everything in a bowl:

Don't forget your Sous Chef, getting the tupperware (too bad we didn't use any)

Marinate for about an hour:

Put 'em on the grill!

Flip after a few minutes and cook till the internal is 145F (this guy ain't done yet)

There's the chef now, pouring over the rest of the marinade:

The final assembly. I also made some asparagus on the grill, just in Italian Dressing, and some Uncle Bens boxed rice:

The taste test:

The Sous Chef had Chicken and Veggies; pureed.

Quite a meal Daddy! And special thanks to my wife for photographing!
