 For minor cleanings I just use a tiny bit of dishsoap and lukewarm water and clean with my fingers. Then dry with a soft cloth.

For minor scratches on polished finishes I use both Crystal Clear and Cape Cod Cloths. I would not recommend them for brushed finishes, though, as they make the finish too shiny for my taste.
