I usually take my watch off when I make a batch. Many times I have to stick my hands into the liquid and I don't want to introduce any bacteria into the wine such as gunk between the links of a bracelet. My arms are normally sanitized up to the elbows. I noticed in some pics I have my wedding band on. I normally take it off as well.

I can't believe how fat I was then to. Those pics were taken about 3 years ago. I have dropped 50 pounds since then. Goes to show you what good food will do to you. I moved to Louisiana 9 years ago with a 30 inch waist. The food is amazing here plus I married an Italian lady who can cook. Before I knew it I was wearing size 42 pants. I have made it back down to 36-38 pants but it is tough I tell ya.
