I was on my own to cook tonight. It's raining out so I can't fire up the BBQ so I fired up the Jenn-Air grill in the kitchen and grilled me a Rib-eye. Made some pretty good Southwestern Potatoes and had a very nice and delicious quick meal. Lets get these baby's going Got the potatoes going to Just about to the medium rare stage where I like them Lets Eat!
