there's two types of sellers on Amazon.
1) Amazon directly
2) Everybody else (like me and Watch Pavillion)
If there is an issue with an item, its handled by that particular vendor.
If the item was purchased from Amazon themselves, then Amazon will take care of it.
Make sense?

That's too bad.
I ordered a Seiko Monster that didn't come with paperwork. They advertise that their watches come with a full international warranty.
I've e-mailed several times with no response . . .
