 With issues I have seen family and friends have I go direct to the vendor if I can or if Amazon has it direct from them I go that route. I try to squeeze out all those middle man issues that can arise.

But I shop AD, gray market and pre-owned often so there is always going to be a chance of risk along the way. Especially with this kind of hobby.
