Hi Steve - it sure did.

I am one of the world's worst photographers, but this and other shots are available if anyone else is interested. What is hard to see is that it was used every day for a two week holiday in the 70s, then it sat untouched in a safe for about 20 years, so the lume on the hands was as good as new. No marks, scratches, dents or rubber rot. As I mentioned in another part of the forum - they are darned easy to dent! I probably know (or know of) almost all of the Ploprofs here in Aus and apart from new ones being bought from overseas without my knowledge, all I can say is that there is some bodgy stock here, and some awfully second-hand pieces on the bay.

It is interesting to compare the lockdown on the Ploprof crown (which is recessed into the crown and when tightened and aligned into the opening it makes the outer crown edge almost flush) to the proposed single screw crown on the Ocean 7.

Speak to you soon!

Ian
