My question is: How do you find out about them, and do you know of any that are for sale?

Ok, I've ascertained that these are a limited run by some special makers/jewellers, normally made when they get their hands on some cases from a major manufacturer. My question is: How do you find out about them, and do you know of any that are for sale?
