Been putting the Jenn-Air to use lately. I had the munchies a while ago so I grilled up some fresh (well frozen, but not smoked or cured) deer sausage. Did up a couple packages for the kids and I . One was JalapeƱo and Cheese and the other was Green Onion. No special preparation or fancy plates. Just a knife and fork and a paper plate when they were done.
