Looks great! How do you feel it would be if one DID add some garlic to it? I love garlic and actually could care less at work if I reek of it.
Apart from "ze Odeur" aspect, it's the fact that carrots and garlic as leading tastes don't go well together; a "no good" verdict from me. You wouldn't eat your chocolate with garlic, would you?
