Darn I finally make it out with those hands!!! I made a mistake! The first thing is that this is NOT a true 24h dial watch!!!
The hour hand and minute hand actually work NORMALLY!!! If you see the pic, the time is actually 6:09 am/pm. So the question is whether it is AM or PM??? That where the red hand comes into the picture! As per pic, the red hand is pointing to "18" and that indicates that it is 6:09 PM or 1809 hrs!!!
I am a little disappointed with this finding, as I was expected a true 24h dial watch when I made my purchase for this despite unknowing and disliking the complicated busy dials.
It's a let down cos TRIAS could have just switch the red hand with the hour hand, and do away with the red hand. This will makes it become a true 24h dial watch!!!
For this reason, I might send it for a mod if the cost is not too high. :)
PS: the rest of the numbers on the dial are still clueless to me at the moment!:?
Well, that is what I thought it was. A 12hr. watch with a sub 24hr. hand. Take away all of the other stuff on the dial and you basically have this Elysee model. (I'm gonna bet that the other stuff on the dial is a slide rule function of some sort.)
