Hucky...I'm not sure the camera makes all that much difference...I am still using a 3-year old Casio point & shoot 4.0mp QV-R40.  The only thing I know how to do is turn the flash of, turn the macro on, and set the 2-second timer.  The biggest help I had was a $7 mini-tripod!!!

But then, I don't win the pic of the week much, either!!!
